At The Health Barn, we’re more than just a wellness space—we’re a community. A place where you can roll out your mat, take a deep breath, and leave the outside world at the door. As three holistic therapists, we’ve come together to create a sanctuary for healing, growth, and connection. Whether you're here for movement, breathwork, sound healing, or just a moment of stillness, our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can recharge, realign, and rediscover yourself—mind, body, and soul.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend booking your class, session or workshop in advance. You can do this easily via our booking page on our website.
What do I need to bring?
For yoga and fitness classes, bring a yoga mat (but we also have mats available if you don't have your own), comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. For breathwork, meditation, and sound baths, we recommend bringing a blanket and pillow for extra comfort.
Is The Health Barn suitable for beginners?
Yes! Our classes and workshops are open to all levels. Our instructors and therapists create a supportive and welcoming space for everyone.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have on-site parking for visitors.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We have wheelchair access through the side door of our barn.
Do you have changing or shower facillities?
Not at the moment! We like to keep things simple and cosy at The Health Barn. You're welcome to arrive ready for class.
How often do you run workshops and retreats?
We run regular workshops and retreats, including Full Moon Circles, New Moon Circles, Wellness days and craft workshops. Check our booking page for upcoming events.
