Hypno-Yoga for Menopause is a gentle, deeply restorative practice designed to support women navigating the physical, emotional and energetic shifts of menopause. This unique blend of yoga and hypnotherapy brings together mindful movement, breath work and guided hypnotic relaxation to soothe symptoms such as hot flushes, sleep disturbances, mood changes and anxiety.
Please note there is a minimum registration requirement of 4 sign ups for this class.
