Twilight Retreat

Our Twilight Retreat is an evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and gently reset after the busyness of everyday life.

As daylight fades, we create a calm, candlelit space where you can step out of doing mode and into deep rest. The retreat blends gentle, accessible movement with simple breathwork to settle the nervous system, followed by an immersive sound bath using soothing frequencies to support relaxation and integration.

This is not about pushing, fixing, or striving for change. It’s about creating the conditions for your body and mind to soften, release tension, and find balance naturally.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, calmer, and more connected to yourself, ready to return home rested rather than overstimulated.

No experience is needed. All movement is optional and can be adapted for your body. This retreat is suitable for anyone craving space, stillness, and a slower pace.

Light Supper and Refreshments are included.
