Confidence isn't about being loud, fearless or pretending you have it all together. Real confidence is quieter than that. It's the feeling of being more grounded in yourself, trusting your own voice and feeling able to take the next step, even when things feel uncertain.
This nurturing one-day retreat has been created for anyone who feels they've lost a little confidence, found themselves second-guessing everything, or simply knows it's time to reconnect with themselves.
Throughout the day, we'll gently explore what confidence really means, what gets in the way of it, and how to begin rebuilding self-trust in a way that feels calm, realistic and supportive.
There will be a blend of gentle coaching, reflective exercises, breathwork, guided meditation and time to pause, breathe and reconnect.
You'll be supported to understand your own patterns of self-doubt, recognise the strengths you may have forgotten, and create a simple confidence plan to take away with you.
This isn't about forcing yourself to become someone new. It's about coming back to the version of you that feels steadier, clearer and more able to take the next step.
Lunch is included, with plenty of space throughout the day to rest, reflect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of The Health Barn.
