This Valentine’s Day, step away from the noise, the expectations and the constant doing.
Our Self-Love Retreat is a carefully curated day of deep rest, gentle release and intentional renewal. It’s not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the busyness, the roles and the emotional weight you’ve been carrying.
Set within the calm, nature-held space of The Health Barn, this retreat invites you to soften your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and consciously let go of what no longer serves you as you step into the new lunar year.
We begin with a guided letting-go meditation, creating space to release old patterns, emotional residue or stories that feel heavy or outdated. This is followed by a symbolic fire ceremony, allowing you to physically place what’s ready to go into the flames, grounding the process in both body and intention.
You’ll then move into a creative wax melt workshop, crafting love-infused, beautifully scented melts to take home. These become more than a keepsake. They’re a sensory anchor, reminding your nervous system of calm, safety and self-care long after the day ends.
The afternoon invites deep rest through an 8D sound bath experience, with headphones provided. This immersive sound journey gently guides the brain into slower states, helping the body release tension and integrate the work of the day. A guided meditation follows, supporting you to step into the version of yourself you’re becoming in this new lunar cycle.
We’ll also share a nourishing skincare ritual, using beautiful products that encourage mindful touch and presence, followed by a tea ceremony with cacao truffles, honouring the new lunar year and creating space for quiet reflection and intention-setting.
A nutritious lunch and refreshments are included, so you can remain fully held and supported throughout the day without needing to think about a thing.
